I had been practising yoga for over 10 years in London when I bumped into the Dru team at the Om Yoga Show in 2012. After attending one of their workshops I decided to train with the Dru school to become a yoga teacher. I had tried out lots of different styles of yoga over the years and I found Dru Yoga was a style of yoga that really spoke to me and has allowed me to relax even when working in a busy office.
I qualified as a Dru Yoga Teacher in January 2016 and I am now on post graduate courses in Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga for Back Care. I have also recently started Meditation Teacher training which I will complete in 2018.
I am also Training in Thai Yoga Massage with the London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage.
